Sheriff s in Arizona, Ken- tucky, Minnesota, and Oregon stated they might disobey orders to restrict Second Amendment rights, if these orders violated their oath to uphold the Constitution. Some healthcare professionals


balked as well, citing their commit- ment to doctor-patient confi denti- ality as a priority over the govern- ment’s interest in locating guns and the mentally unstable.
