Heading to Hong Kong

We’ve done our research on what visitors can expect from this year’s HKTDC Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Autumn Edition).

We are well into one of the lighting industry’s busiest seasons, and across the globe lighting companies are heading to various exhibitions to show their best and brightest new products. This year sees the 14th HKTDC Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Autumn Edition) taking place from the 27th-30th October at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. This year’s Autumn Edition has been specifically organised to ensure that buyers visiting the show are able to target relevant companies and products to help them understand the latest developments and design trends. Specialist exhibition zones have been planned to maximise the opportunity for traders to capture the correct audience, including Commercial Lighting, Hall of Aurora, Household Lighting, LED & Green Lighting, Lighting Accessories, Parts & Components,

including some great lighting influences such as CREE, Megaman and Philips. The Autumn Edition of Hong Kong

Lighting Management, Design & Technology, Outdoor Lighting and Advertising Lighting. The brand new Advertising Lighting section has been introduced to the show in response to the trend towards energy conservation. Because of the interest in energy efficient advertising options such as LED display panels and outwall advertising screens, this section invites those specialised in advertising to explore the most environmentally friendly approaches to everything from light boxes to neon signs. As well as some brand new additions to

the show, there are also some tried and tested sections returning for 2012. The LED and Green Lighting zone will once again be inviting exhibitors to showcase their latest innovations in this field, whilst the Hall of Aurora will be showcasing over 300 quality brands from 27 countries and regions,
