A range of config- urable questions can be deployed priori- tised by strength of question, question type, priority order and number of question to prove the customer’s identity. The solution can be delivered as a stand- alone web service for use in call centres and face to face customer interactions, or in an integrated API solution for deployment via your web channel. CallValidate3D is deliv- ered instantly along with the entire CallVali- date suite of services to provide a market leading level of protection from fraud during customer application/transactions. Meanwhile, Callcredit has opened the doors to the home of its new Lithuanian op- eration at the Zalgiris Arena in Kaunas. Call- credit Operations UAB is the first commer- cial organisation to occupy the office suites situated within the state of the art sporting venue. Callcredit has taken approximately 2,000 square meters of office space on the fourth floor, which will eventually provide of- fice facilities for up 200 employees by the end of 2013.
