YX Interactive, provider of innovative software solutions for the e-gaming industry and a part of The NYX Gaming Group, has announced the launch of its mobile offering to the gaming industry, Move powered by NYX OGS.
David Flynn, CEO of NYX Interactive, said “This is yet another new chapter in the unfolding book of NYX as we premiere our first set of game titles for mobile and tablet devices. Via NYX OGS our mobile content is seamlessly deliv- ered to our licensees, with- out the need for any up- grades or changes on their behalf.”
Move powered by NYX OGS is a hosted mobile and tablet casino games service unlike its competitors, pro- viding clients with access to
an ever increasing number of games titles from innovate mobile and tablet game de- velopers via a single integration. Flynn continued: “It has been a pleasure to be able to premier Move powered by NYX OGS with Europe’s leading mobile casino,
Leovegas.com. Leovegas have launched an initial set of five ti- tles including The Snake Charmer, Ramesses Riches, Big Foot, Doctor Love and Irish Eyes. Our portfolio will contin- ue to grow with the rapid addi- tion of new and innovation con- tent providers and further re- leases from existing partners.” Philip Kellin, spokesperson for LeoVegas, added: “Offering the greatest games for mobile devices and has been a corner- stone in building the game changing success of
www.LeoVegas.com. With
Move powered by NYX OGS we are further accelerating the phase of bringing new ex- citing games to our players.” The NYX Open Gaming System was launched in June, initially with over 75 games from both NextGen Gaming and Sheriff Gaming with further releases by NYX’s content partners delivered seam- lessly post launch.
At its launch, Flynn commented: “Our aim was to make as many best of breed games available via one API integration. We have achieved this. Indeed, the integra- tion uses only six API methods. NYX OGS does the heavy lifting, so our clients don’t have to. Previously, only clients using the NYX Rapid Platform could enjoy this func- tionality. Now it is open to any operator in the igaming space. The NYX Open Gaming System is unlike any product that NYX has created previously, I am certain it will be- come known as The Open Gaming System in the industry”
he virtual revolution is growing at Betradar as the gambling system supplier builds on its
teams that reflect real teams and real pro- fessionals’ performance parameters. Each single match is unique, delivered as a live streamed 3D video with a live score overview. A virtual season runs 141 min- utes, with each match shown in a high- light mode consisting of halves lasting 90 seconds. New match days with numerous pre-match odds are offered every 4.5 min- utes for a high betting frequency. Bettors are able to switch between all match videos of the current match day and view cross-match live scores as well as a live league table. The product delivers a wide range of fixed-odds bets on the outcome of each single match, whilst extensive pre-match and post-match statistics, in- cluding lineups and player skills, allow the user to gain information and analyse their bets. All odds are offered through the bookmaker’s existing web interface and are based on the market approved Be- tradar Live Odds algorithm. The VHC tries to do the same with horseracing. Each race simulation is
unique and displayed as a 3D video. Ex- tensive statistics allow the user to collect information and analyse their bets. High frequency betting on fixed pre-race odds is offered 24/7/365 using existing bet slips of the customer.
Meanwhile, SoccerClub introduces pool betting to virtual football with play- ers taking control of randomly generated virtual football teams. Once the team set- tings and tactics are modified to the man- ager’s thoughts and skills the team is ready to compete. A series of fixed pool betting cup types (knock-out system against other managers) with different numbers of participants and stakes are of- fered continuously, similar to online poker tables. The pool pot will be given to the winner of the respective competition. SoccerClub’s USP lies in its 3D match sim- ulation technology and advanced pool betting integration, as well as in the way it aims at keeping the user continually en- gaged in a straight forward and fun pool betting experience.
MICROGAMING
Microgaming unleashes Max Damage
A staple of EiG since it began, Microgaming is once again looking forward to its participation in Barcelona, according to a spokesperson.
Barcelona from the 16-18 October. We are de- lighted to be reprising our role as sponsors of the all-important bar, as well as having our own separate VIP area. Alongside our fantas- tic range of conventional online and mobile products, this year we are particularly looking forward to showcasing our innovative Arcade Slot ‘Max Damage and the Alien Attack’, which was released in September, to much acclaim.
“
Max Damage evolved from looking at alter- native ways to provide the excitement of a tra- ditional slot in a new format. Based on popular retro arcade games, Max Damage fuses nos- talgia with today’s most advanced gaming technologies. Players are given 6 lives to work their way through 9 levels and 3 boss ships, all with a familiar vertical screen layout en- hanced by premium graphics, high quality sound effects and top level gaming power. Freebies, Boosters and Upgrades are avail- able to players throughout the game, helping them to defeat the assailants and increasing their chances of winning a big payout. In terms of the player experience, what re-
ally differentiates Max Damage from conven- tional slots is the element of skill and competi- tion involved. While chance remains an impor- tant part of the game thanks to the algorithm created specifically for it, how well players react to the alien attackers is down to them alone and can potentially improve with prac- tice. They are also able to show off their ability to other players thanks to the existence of the leaderboard - a feature we see having a great impact on the sense of community felt by players.
While Max Damage will initially only be available on Flash and Viper platforms, as this new Arcade Slot style of game develops we plan to be able to take it onto the mobile plat- form. Microgaming’s mobile portfolio already consists of 75 games, including Casino, Poker and QuickFire products, powered by Mi- crogaming, making it the largest in the indus- try and best placed to offer our customers a true variety of gaming experiences. Max Damage will be on display at EiG in
Barcelona alongside our mobile offering and an extensive selection of our other software products.”
Microgaming will once again be taking part in the European iGaming Congress in
