Holland America Line has launched an Early Advantage Programme to encourage guests to book 2013 cruises. Early bookers will enjoy lower fares,


free upgrades and flexible deposit terms which allow them to change their booking and pricing without penalty, prior to balance due date. For example, a 10-night Panama Canal Sunfarer cruise departing from Fort Lauderdale onboard ms Zuiderdam on February 15 2013 now leads in at £1,049pp cruise-only for an inside stateroom and £1,249pp for ocean view, with free upgrade from ocean view to verandah stateroom.

Fred. Olsen extends all-in offers


Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines has extended its all-inclusive drinks package for bookings made before the end of September. The deal is available on all cruise departures on, or after, April 6 2013 featured in the current 2013/14 Worldwide Cruises brochure. Clients booking will automatically qualify for a free upgrade to an ‘all- inclusive’ drinks package, including beers, wine, spirits and soft drinks. The deal will be added to all applicable bookings retrospectively. The offer does have some exceptions and is limited to the first 100 bookings per sailing. The move follows the successful trialling of a similar offer on Canaries cruises and industry research which shows a 50% growth in all-inclusive holidays between 2008 and 2011. Fred.
