A key part of Phillips’ current activities is the development of the Arcs team, with a specific focus on recruiting to strengthen Interfleet’s signalling and train control systems resources and capabilities. The UK is set to become

a hot bed for Arcs development and deployment, with a range of major resignalling projects; additionally the national deployment of ERTMS and new traffic management systems on the main line network is planned in the next five to 10 years. Interfleet has been in discussions with key industry stakeholders to help shape the national delivery plan for ERTMS.
