Course Description You will undertake a rigorous study of theories, business techniques and issues and acquire the practical skills that are essential within the changing business environment to enable you to pursue a business career or further academic study.

Assessment You will complete 19 assessments in total, comprising a mixture of assignments and exams, as well as a Personal Development Plan and a learning diary. A number of the assignments will be based on either a case study or a set of annual accounts.


Duration of Programme This programme is normally studied over three years or four years, but this may be extended to suit your individual needs for up to a maximum of ten years.


Entry Requirements For the full degree: · Two ‘A’ levels passes (or equivalent) · GCSE English and mathematics (or equivalent)


· English language ability equivalent to IELTS 6.0, where the medium of schooling was not English.


Or, for the final year top-up: · BTEC Level 5 HND Diploma in Business (Finance)


· English ability equivalent to an IELTS score of 6.0.


Applications without these qualifications may be considered on their own merits, and you are encouraged to submit an application.

Exemptions We may be able to offer you exemptions based on prior study, as this degree is also available as a final year top-up.
