re-melt after cure. Close tolerances on


dimensions and consistent viscosity from beginning to end of batch ensure repeatable results. Uni-form epoxies also pass ASTM-E-595-93 NASA outgassing requirements

Poly-forms are flexible pre-shaped copolymers designed for bonding diverse materials, including metals, plastics, ceramics, and glass. Wash-Aways dissolvable spacers are organic polymer spacers that dissolve in hot water or alcohol. Wash-Aways space and reinforce PCB components during soldering operations. After soldering is complete, Wash-Aways dissolve in most water-solvent baths that remove flux. This leaves uniform spacing between components and boards for free circula- tion of air, mechanical protection, optimum filleting, and greater accessi- bility for inspection, cleaning, and conformal coating. Wash-Aways are available in a wide range of sizes and shapes to accommodate a variety of components, and contain no ionizable material, salts, sugars, metals, or soaps. Material is non-corrosive, non-conductive, and non-toxic.
