Dispute Resolution - Advising and represented a world class coal trading company, on a multi-million dollar arbitration case under LCIA rules and its enforcement in Indonesia. Mining - Advised and assisted a leading Indian conglomerate on acquisition of Indonesian coal mining companies in Kalimantan and Sumatera, with total investment up to hundreds of millions of US Dollars. Oil & Gas – Advised holders of Production Sharing Contracts for listing purpose in UK.
Restructuring and Insolvency - Advised and assisted on multi-million US dollar restructuring of a group of companies in Indonesia. Shipping - Advised and represented P&I clubs, insurers on maritime litigation cases i.e. cargo disputes, charter party disputes, arrest of vessels. Tax - Successfully represented a polymer manufacturing company a multi million US dollar tax dispute.
