The firm has acted as counsel to: Intesa SanPaolo in the sale of its stake in Scotiabank, the largest bank transaction in Peru; receiver of the former Banco de Lima Sudameris; Inkia Holding (Kallpa) in the financing of three thermoelectric centrals and a combined-cycle plants; Camposol in the sale of its major stake to Peruvian and Norwegian Investors; FMO – Finance Fund of Holland in the financing of Peruvian companies; Quebecor World Inc. (Canada) and Quebecor World Inc. (USA)-actually Quad Graphics- in the restructuring of its international debt; Duke Energy and Aguaytia Energy before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID); Newmont Mining Corporation in the national and international (ICC) dispute over the control of the Yanacocha gold mine, considered the biggest litigation ever in Peru; Energía Eólica in securing its generation concessions and PPA contracts with the Peruvian State; Pesquera Ribaudo in the sale of its fishmeal business; Sociedad Nacional de Pesquería in its successful litigation at the Peruvian Constitutional Tribunal; Promotora Capital, in the sale of the most prominent office building in Lima (Edificio Capital); Xstrata Technology and Depósitos Químicos Mineros (Odfjell Terminals) in its position as strategic creditors in Doe Run Perú´s bankruptcy process; Inmobiliari Group in the acquisition of lands, legal clean-up and building of three different housing complexes in Lima and La Libertad
