Audzevicius represent clients in all instances of courts in Lithuania. They have experience in resolving of multi-jurisdictional and cross-border disputes through commercial arbitration and they are familiar with the rules and procedures of the tribunals of the major arbitration institutions. Attorneys have defended the largest investor in the Lithuanian energy sector in the dispute with the Government of the Republic of Lithuania. This was the biggest claim in the Lithuanian litigation history ever. In addition, Motieka & Audzevicius represented: Swiss grain trader in the International Court of Arbitration (London); one of the largest Lithuanian agribusiness companies in international commercial arbitration (MKAS), against a group
of sugar factories, located in Krasnodar, Russian Federation; Ital- ian producer of sparkling wines in the legal
