Notable Legal Work
The firm has participated in the major tax trials of the past 20 years and acts as a counsel for several Belgian, Swiss and Luxembourgian banks and financial institutions, as well as for wealthy individuals.
Lately, the firm has acted as the
principal counsel in a multi-million criminal tax case, the most important in the history of Belgian criminal tax procedure.
Unfortunately for this presentation,
but fortunately for our clients, under Belgian Lawyers ethics (and following the firm’s extremely strict cede on this matter), we cannot disclose the cases in which the firm has participated, nor our clients and the deals made.
