• Adama Acquisition - Acted on behalf of Immofinanz Group, the leading listed Austrian real estate investor in its 100% acquisition of Adama Holdings, the South – East European residential property group. Our office coordinated the transaction and legal teams from Austria, Israel, Ukraine, Romania and Turkey. - Russian Towers -relating to the joint venture arrangement as to the ordering, construction, commissioning and leasing to customers of more than 250 telecommunication towers on land leased from Russian Railways in the Russian Federation.
- Rossiya Hotel on behalf of Russian private investors in the restructuring of their participation in a Cyprus Holding Company incorporated to build and operate a multifunction building centre in Moscow in the territory of Rossiya Hotel valued USD 1.2 billion
- Matrix Project, India – Acted on behalf of a Mauritius entity regards the acquisition of 100% holding of a Cyprus Company with its primary assets in India through Matrix Developers Private Ltd engaged in the business of township development.
Highlights of 2010 litigation practise involved: • Timan Oil and Gas - Acted before the Cyprus Courts on behalf of a UK listed company over a corporate dispute and obtained freezing orders against foreign assets worth more than €100 million and the anticipated liquidation procedures of its Cyprus subsidiary.

The deal involved a Cyprus company acting as borrower and several security documents under Cyprus law were executed including mortgages and pledges. Amount of the Loan: USD 100,000,000
• Transcreditbank Project - Acted as the Cyprus legal counsel for JSC Transcreditbank as lender in relation to a loan given to a Russian based group. The deal involved the Cyprus Company acting as obligor and entering into a pledge agreement for pledging 100% of the share capital of a Netherlands company. Amount of the Loan: EUR 50,000,000
