Today, Rödl & Partner ranks as the leading international auditing and advisory firm of German origin. In line with our clients’ ongoing tendency of developing overseas markets, Rödl & Partner plans to foster its global presence. The development of the markets in Asia and Latin America, notably Brazil, are more likely than not to remain important topics that our clients will focus on. Rödl & Partner established its own advisory capacity on-site long ago and is itself continuing to expand into up-and-coming markets.
More than others, German
Mittelstand SMEs feel attracted to our firm’s approach of delivering high-level, multi-disciplinary yet cost-worthy advice. Rödl & Partner enjoys an outstanding reputation among this clientele. Notable Legal Work
A great deal of advice has been given recently to start-up and spin-off enterprises, often from technology- intense industries. We advised venture capitalists on initial funding and follow-up financing rounds.
Investors in the solar power industry remain key clients for our Munich office. Other renewables grow in importance regarding their share in our advisory work. Consequently, Rödl & Partner has established consulting capacity in the fields of wind energy and geothermics.
Our clients’ regional focus in the last 12 months was frequently set towards France, Italy, Spain, the Czech Republic and Southeast Europe.
The renewable energy industry and other project finance proved to be considerably driven by regulatory incentives like statutory feed-in compensations et al. Obviously regulation tends to be quite a volatile field of law. We expect a great deal of demand for legal advice in this area.
