Miguel Jáuregui Rojas is the Founder and Chairman of the Management Board of the Law Firm of Jáuregui y Navarrete. His main areas of legal practice include mergers and acquisitions, PPPs, energy, oil and gas, telecommunications, infrastructure, real estate, private client and as a specialty, international trusts and estate planning.
Mr. Jáuregui is a member of the
Mexican, American and International Bar Associations, the Mexican Academy of International Law, The International Academy of Estate and Trust Law and Director of the Board of Directors of the British Chamber of Commerce and of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, The U.S.- Mexico Law Institute and the Mexican Institute of Mediation. He is also Executive Vice President of the Board of Directors of the American Chamber of Commerce of Mexico, A.C. and Member of its Executive Committee; Vice President of the Mexican Council on Foreign Affairs, Executive Vice President and Legal Counsel of the Mexican Business Council of Foreign Trade, Investment and Technology, Member of its National Board of Directors, its Executive Committee and President of its Section of North America; Member of the Technical Committee of Governors of the Franz Mayer Museum; President of the Board of Governors of the Foundation of Development and Promotion of the Bibilioteca Vasconcelos; Member of the Chief Executives’ Organization and the Young and World Presidents' Organizations and a former President of the Board of Directors of Mexico Chapter of the World Presidents’ Organization; and, Secretary of the Assembly of Associates of the Universidad Iberoamericana.
