Dr. Thomas Gemmeke
Dr. Thomas Gemmeke is a corporate partner in the Munich office of RölfsPartner. He regularly advises major international companies and investors on their acquisitions and divestments in Germany. Dr. Gemmeke has also substantial international transactional experience in the area of corporate law. In particular, he has been involved in all aspects of domestic and cross- border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and group
reorganisation. His industry expertise covers, amongst others, pharmacy, media, internet, software and
engineering. He is the author of various articles on corporate and M&A matters and is a board member of various companies. Further, he chairs the working group “Company Succession” of the German M&A Federation (Bundesverband M&A).
