Zuhair Hamzah CEO Tamlik


Mr Hamzah has significant experience in the field of city planning, development and structuring, including industrial,


commercial, real estate and tourism. He is involved in setting initial plans to launch or restructure projects, monitoring implementation and managing investments and follow up operations. He has worked on and managed small-, medium- and mega-scale real estate projects. Mr Hamzah holds various technical, managerial and executive positions, and is the chair and board member of several real estate companies both locally and internationally. He has worked with Saudi Arabian Parsons Company, the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, Dallah Albarakah Group and Tamlik Company.


Yasser Abu Ateek CEO


Dar Al Tamleek Mr. Abu Ateek joined Dar Al Tamleek as General Manager in 2008. Since his graduation from college in 1994, he has


been involved in the banking sector; primarily with Riyad Bank, one of the largest financial institutions in the Kingdom and a major factor in the mortgage industry. Mr. Abu Ateek’s banking experience was principally in corporate banking, and his career culminated as the regional manager of the Western Region, responsible for 68 branches and over 800 employees. Mr. Abu Ateek is a B.A graduate of King Abdul Aziz University with a degree in Business Administration. He also completed a 1-year executive management program at California State University and a 3-year corporate credit and banking program sponsored by SAMA. While at Riyad Bank, Mr. Abu Ateek also attended several training / executive management programs at London Business School which exposed him to international banking and credit programs.


Olivier Granet Director of Development Accor Middle East


Olivier Granet began his career with Deloitte & Touche, initially as an auditor and later as a Manager in Corporate


Finance Department, holding positions in France and abroad. He joined Accor in 1999 as Chief Financial Officer for Central Europe, based in Budapest. In 2002, he came back to Paris


and was appointed Vice President, Corporate Finance, in charge of integrating the German hotel chain Dorint. He was also developing synergies with Club Méditerranée and Groupe Lucien Barrière. He served as Accor Executive Committee General Secretary in 2006 and has been Chief Financial Officer for Accor Services in 2007 & 2008. In 2009, Olivier Granet was appointed Senior Vice President Strategy and he has been in charge in 2010 of launching


the Company project “Accor 2015” after the Demerger of the Group. After 12 years working for Accor in various positions, Olivier Granet took in 2011, the responsibility for development in Middle East, a strategic region for Accor and is now based in Dubai. He is graduated from the Institute of Political Science in Grenoble and has an Executive MBA degree from the ESSEC Paris business school.
