Neuropsychology investigations including cognitive levels, pre-morbid estimates, memory function and executive functions.
OT assessment including Activities of Daily Living (ADL) level, community competence and dependence level
Physiotherapy assessments including mobility, transfers, falls and physical assessments

Initial phase assessment in all domains = 04 weeks. Scoring interpretation and reporting for each domain 02 days
