2. Exercise Although exercise can seem nearly impossible with our busy schedules, it is very im- portant to improve blood flow, increase Endorphins and help us stay in shape. Our bodies need a mini- mum of 20 minutes a day, 3 days per week. Exer- cise will also improve your self-confidence and self esteem in the bedroom. He will also appreciate your newly found flexibility!


3.Sleep Lack of sleep can play a major role in loss of sex drive. If you are tired you will not be in the mood! Let Daddy or Grammy take over baby/kid duty for a night. A good night’s sleep is essential not only for libido but also for health and productivity. If you find it impossible to get your sleep at night, take a short nap during the day when possible.


4.Trow away that pack of smokes! Not only does smoking increase the risk of heart disease, it also causes narrowing of blood vessels…including those going to the sexual organs in your body!


5. Tink About it! Statistics show that 54% of Men think about sex everyday compared to only 19% of Women. Tinking about sex can actually improve your sex life and boost your libido. Imagine new ways to make if fun and spontaneous.


6.Go Shopping! Pick up a new negligée or matching bra & panties in your favorite color. Not only will they turn your husband’s head but you will also be determined to put your new items to use!


7. Make a Date Night Studies show that be- ing wined and dined by your significant other can relieve stress, boost Endorphins and increase your libido. If you can’t seem get out for a date night, light some candles, put some wine on chill and rent a great movie. Date night can be in your own house, by the fire, in the bath or in bed! Watch filling those wine glasses too much however because alcohol can cause an adverse effect… drink in moderation and enjoy!


8. Just Relax Stress can steer you away from letting loose in the bedroom. Reducing stress and learning to relax will improve your libido! Here are some things you can do to help you relax...

*Take a Hot Bath.


*Take 10 long breaths. Inhale counting to 5 and exhale counting to 5.


*Run to the spa for a quick Mani Pedi or Sauna. Sauna’s increase blood flow to sexual organs!


*Trade off giving massages with your partner.


*Put on some good music and start dancing.


9. Daily PDA Kisses, hugs, holding hands or just touches of endearment can put a spark back into your bedroom. Rub your husbands back or let him rub yours! Simple touch can boost confidence and stimu- late the urge to jump into the sack.


10. Yes Yes, Yes!! Just say yes to sex! Sex in itself helps boost your libido. As Parents we don’t get much alone time as Mommy’s and Daddy’s so Make it worth while! Say yes to that quickie before coffee, it will keep you and your partner close during this busy time of raising children.


***** Ask Your Doctor Sometimes lack of libido can be caused by a hormonal imbalance. Talk to your OB/GYN. Te two of you can work on a plan to Put the OOOOHHH.. back in your Libido!
