Aſter a long day of playing cheauffer, housekeeper, diaper changer and our many other jobs, oſten the last thing on our mind is slipping into lingerie! Here are 10 ways to get that Libido back in action!
1. Diet and “Do It!” Unbelievably a healthy diet is key to having a healthy libido! Ditch the fast food and preservatives and stick to the basics; raw or frozen vegetables, lean meats, whole grains and fresh fruits. Not only will you feel and look better but your libido will thank you.
Below is a list of foods that specifically increase your libido! Pick them up next time you are at the store and have a little extra dessert aſter dinner! (wink wink)
*Celery - Boosts a powerful substance called An- drosterone. Tis is an odorless hormone released through male perspiration. Sweat? Doesn’t sound too sexy but definitely puts you in the mood!
*Raw Oysters - contain Zinc that can raise the tes- tosterone in your system.
*Asparagas - is rich in Vitamin E, which stimu- lates production of Sex Hormones. Vitamin E is also Known as “Te Sex Vitamin”
*Bananas - Contains the Bromelain Enzyme to boost Male libido and is also a good source of B vita- mins which are vital for Sex-hormone production
*Avocado - Boost libido in both Men and Women, it contains Folic acid and assits in metabolizing proteins and giving you more energy. Also contains B6 for Male hormone production and potassium that helps regulate Woman’s Tyroid.

*Figs - Contains Amino Acids that boost libido and increases sexual stamina.
*Garlic - Make sure you both eat it as your partner may not appreciate your bad breath! Garlic contains allicin that improves blood flow to the sexual organs.
*Chocolate - Contains theobromine, an alkaloid, which is similar to caffeine. Contains Phenylethyl- amine which is a chemical believed to produce the feeling of “being in love”
