The next breakfast will be held on Tuesday September 13 from 8 to 10 a.m. Dr. Katey Cofrancesco will discuss her approach to wellness with a new program called Live 4 A Change, which incorporates healthy eating, exercise and mindfulness with chiropractic and body work. October’s breakfast will be held on Tuesday, the 11th from 8 to 10 a.m. Tony Urbano, owner of Dharma Yoga Center in Orange, will discuss his holistic approach to yoga including use of props, the importance of main- taining range of motion and bone density, mindfulness, and managing diet and stress.
