The following terms and conditions apply to this prize draw.
1.This prize draw is open to everyone in the UK in receipt of this offer, with the exception of Gray & Osbourn employees and their agents or relatives or anyone under the age of 18.
2.No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter the draw for the prize you must email us your name and address to
gandomarketing@grayandosbourn.co.uk by the 1st September 2011. 3.Entry into the prize draw will constitute and be deemed as acceptance to these terms and conditions.
4.No correspondence will be entered into and no liability can be accepted for entries lost, damaged, misdirected or delayed in transit or delivery to the promotional address for any reason whatsoever. 5.Entries must be received by 1st September 2011 and the winner will be randomly drawn on the 5th September 2011.
6.The winner will be the randomly drawn and their Gray & Osbourn customer account will be set up and credited with £500 enabling them to purchase Gray & Osbourn clothing up to the value of £500, from a Gray & Osbourn catalogue.
7.There is no cash alternative to the prize. Any returned items will re-credited onto the account 8. Details of the winners will be available by sending a SAE marked, Gray & Osbourn Cruise Show Prize Draw, to the promotional address after 5th September 2011.
9.The promoter is Gray & Osbourn Limited registered office Griffin House, 40 Lever Street, Manchester M60 6ES, registered in England with no. 3539270 (“the Promoter”).
10.There is a limit of one entry per person. 11.If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive, remain in full force and effect.
12.The winner agrees to use of their name in any promotional activity following the draw.
13.The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this draw at any time without notice.
