But Sue Thompson's victory in the final was her EIGHTH successive Tour triumph. And she achieved her latest win against one of the genuine contenders at Blackpool.

Not only that but the margin of victory was 7-0! Henriksen didn't get a shot for five frames apart from a dry break.
However, Henriksen doesn't arrive at the Imperial Hotel without hope.

international can fall back on her performance at event two of Ireland’s 8-Ball Challenge Tour for some extra confidence. The 2009 world championship semi-finalist became the first lady player in the three year history of the event to be crowned a Challenge Tour champion.
Now living in County Fermanagh, Henriksen
achieved some
notable wins, including over three time winner and former All Ireland Under-18 8-Ball Pool champion, Ben McMoran.
In addi t ion, Henr iksen, nicknamed the 'Smiling Assassin' put out event one winner Emmett McGuire.
She is seeded 15th in Blackpool thanks to her last
four
appearance two years ago. in front of her are the likes of
