With Seven of last years winning squad, England are again looking a formidable teamand will be one of the fa- vorites for the title. Chris Gill, Jack Pople and Darren Price are new to the team, as a new generation comes off the assembly line of top class England players. Big bonus for the team is that captain Lee Kendall is back to his very best form and could also be a good bet in the individual event.
Team is full of experienced professional level players in- cluding Ben Flack 2009World Masters winner and Gareth Hibbott placed 6 in the world rankings. John Roe and Neil Toms are the seeded players, ably supported by ex World Junior champion Jordan Church and the very ex- perienced Ian Hubbard.
New manager Steve Mills is looking to retain the title in his first year in charge and whilst there will be excellent opposition in the championships this year, the England squad is very capable of taking the number one spot.

Not easy to get your best squad to the championships when you have a 11,000 mile trip to get to the venue and this has always been a disadvantage to the Aussies. However, word is that this years squad is the best for many years and full of the top players from their rank- ings.
