Q

How did you overcome any complexities and challenges?

Each project has its own special complexities and challenges. The key to resolving these issues is being able to view the various aspects of the issue from the points of view of all sides to the project. The firm’s experienced legal team is well acquainted with all aspects of project finance and BOT/PFI tender offers. This experience enables our legal team to offer a unique perspective and evaluation on each issue, to view it through the prism of all sides and their specific desires and concerns, and to come up with an equitable solution acceptable by all parties.
