Please can you introduce yourself, your areas of specialism and your firm profile?


My practice focuses on project finance transaction in the renewable energy business as well as on real estate and private equity acquisitions. I am responsible for the team of lawyers who advise primary financial institutions and sponsors in the renewable energy industry (both national and international) on the structuring of financing transactions to fund the construction and operation of renewable energy projects in Italy (mainly PV, wind and biomass projects). Other than the above, I have advised real estate funds/companies in both the development and the

What expertise do you offer local and foreign clients?


Other than a high level of competence in the legal advice given to clients in their extraordinary transactions, we offer a deep knowledge of their business model, as well as of the industry in which they are involved, predominantly energy, infrastructure and real estate.


What recent transaction(s) have you been working on?


Orrick recently assisted China Development Bank in a project financing which was granted to a Luxembourgian company for the construction of photovoltaic projects in Italy with an overall capacity of 123 MW.
