The menu changes regularly (selon le marché) and features only the freshest seasonal ingredients offering a fine gastronomic experience to international guests visiting the hotel and variety to local Parisians who will dine at the restaurant on a regular basis. The menu benefits from culinary advice and guest visits by Chef Didier Aniés, Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2000, of Restaurant Le Cap (1* Michelin 2010) at the Grand-Hotel du Cap-Ferrat. fi
