Alban Neveux Strategic Consulting


Alban is the Managing Director of strategy consulting firm Advention Business Partners (sixty consultants with offices in London, Paris, Munich and Beijing). He is involved in a variety of industries on a number of issues ranging from corporate as well as business strategy, sales and marketing strategy as well as M&A and corporate restructuring. Alban is particularly active in a number of industries which include consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, telecommunications, utilities and high tech. Graduate Business School), IEP Paris (Paris Political Science Institute) and holds an MBA from the Drexel University of Philadelphia.


Celso Grisi Tax & Business Law


The tax and business structuring practice areas of BKBG are under the coordination of CELSO GRISI, who holds a Law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo – PUC/SP (1999), Master’s in International Law from the Law Faculty of Universidade de São Paulo – USP (2005), LLM – Master of Laws in International Tax Law from The University of Michigan Law School (2004). Mr. Grisi also holds a specialization in Tax Law from Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Tributário – IBDT (2001) and in Finances from Fundação Instituto de Administração – FIA/FEA/USP (2001). Mr. Grisi is a visiting professor in Tax Law at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, Fundação Instituto de Administração and Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Tributário. He has worked for leading law firms in Brazil and abroad, and allies the professional experience gained during more than four years in a big four consulting firm with scientific and academic development. Mr. Grisi is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association – OAB, São Paulo Chapter; of the Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Tributário (IBDT), of the Editorial Board of International Tax Law Review and is also a member of the Associação Brasileira de Direito Financeiro (ABDF), entity linked to the International Fiscal Association (IFA); of the Transactional Taxation Network (TTN), entity
