These proceedings, which involved claims exceeding $120 m, are particularly well-known to trust practitioners.


• Assistance to GCC clients in relation to unfair prejudice proceedings before the courts in the British Virgin Islands.

• Assistance and defense of a client in the context of a family dispute involving $250 m, the outcome of which involved the sale of shares in various companies in a large Middle Eastern group and other assets including real estate assets owned by the family members; and


• Assistance to Middle Eastern clients in relation to the setting up of trusts and the underlying structures to the trusts in the Channel Islands, the British Virgin Islands and the Isle of Man.
