financial sponsors and corporate clients, helping them in successfully completing transactions, for a total transaction volume exceeding € 3.0 billion.

Q

What are the main challenges & complexities for you and your company regarding business

in Italy?

Italy is the fourth largest economy in Europe with a business environment primarily constituted by small/middle-sized companies needing capital and high quality advice. The recent financial crisis has significantly worsened our client’s capacity of acquiring targets internationally.

Q

How will the Italian business environment develop over the next 3-5 years and what should foreign investors be aware of?

Italian companies are usually global leaders in small niches. Creativity and resilience are their main qualities. We expect a bright future of growth and expansion for most of the Italian companies. fi
