FIT & FUN offers Wii owners a budget-price fitness and virtual trainer package. The game has been


developed in conjunction with fitness experts and aims to mix serious workouts in a fun way for the sporty older Wii owner. The Wii Balance Board- compatible game offers a varied range of workout techniques. Users can choose

from different types of exercises such as muscle training, body shaping or fun and recreation. There is even a


‘Relaxation/Cooldown’ mode which consists of stretching exercises and meditation based on Tai Chi.


Players can also develop their own custom workout schedule and take part in 50


different exercises and six mini-games. The latter includes badminton,


bobsledding and hang gliding, which offers users a relaxing break in-between full-on fitness sessions. “Fit & Fundelivers a more personal experience than what has been previously offered,” says Funbox Media’s sales manager Mark Clemens.


“Its whole new range of fitness activities can help improve balance in different ways to traditional fitness regimes, which are still in the game as well.”
