A HARDWARE launch isn’t complete without a Ridge Racertitle. The 3DS continues this tradition with Ridge Racer 3D, the first entry in the series since 2007’s Ridge Racer 7.

The game offers fans a brand new range of rubber-burning challenges to master, as they take their chosen vibrantly-coloured muscle car around intense tracks – all rendered in 3D. Only the most skilled drivers will secure victory, with the drift mechanic highlighted as a crucial pillar in a gamer’s arsenal. Using the drift button, players can weave their way around tight corners without losing speed or position. In addition to the usual racing, city and rally tracks, players can also look forward to wilder terrain, such as mountain peaks and rocky canyons, as well as selected fan favourites from previous Ridge Racertitles.

“The new vehicles, the breathtaking environments, the frantic multiplayer modes, the brand new canyons and snow- capped mountain courses, as well as other favourite courses from the past, all spring vibrantly to life using the 3DS’ outstanding visual effects. “Ridge Racer 3Dis set to be the hottest racing game on the Nintendo 3DS.
