“Take Your Time Friday” Series
Suspended The board of governers at the
Sloop Tavern Yacht Club wish to let all our freinds in the Shilshole sailing community know that the now popular Take Your Time Friday series will be suspended for the month of September (cancelled on account of darkness), but will return in 2011 with more of this fun laid back format which features competitor recording and reporting finish times, as well as the introduction of the successful golf handicap system of rating adjustments. We have chalked up the 2010 TYTF series as a great success, with a good turn out of both regulars and one timers participating. The parties after the race were also a great success. We wish to thank all those who
participated, as well as our sponsors, 48° North and Ullman Sails. See you next Summer!
