Four levels of service contract offering available for onsite or return to depot*:
Service Centre Bronze:*
• Return to base 5 working day product repair at an Intermec-operated facility (excludes time in transit) • Covers: parts, labour and return carriage only • Accidental damage or misuse is not covered • Cleaning and Calibration • Cost of carriage to Intermec facility to be paid for by customer
Service Centre Silver:*
• Return to base 2-working day product repair at an Intermec – operated facility (excludes time in transit) • Covers: parts, labour and return carriage • Accidental damage or misuse is not covered • Cleaning and Calibration • Cost of carriage to Intermec facility to be paid for by customer
On Site Support Gold:**
• Two-business day on-site response to the customer call, if the call is placed before 3:00pm local time • Covers parts, Labour (excludes any print heads) • Available 5 days a week Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00 pm exc. Public holidays
On Site Support Platinum:**
• Next business day on-site response to the customer call, if the call is placed before 3:00pm local time • Covers: parts and labour (excluding print heads) • Accidental damage or misuse is not covered

ScanSource is now able to provide IBM’s highly successful ‘E’ Pack service offerings, not only across EMEA but also in many countries globally.
‘E’ Packs provide an extension to IBM’s onsite warranty to 2 and 3 years covering all parts and labour and providing a next day business response to support your customers installed base of IBM equipment.
IBM’s Servicesuite* support contracts provide a flexible onsite service support program for their RSS products.

QUALITYPASS SERVICES
3 year Qualitypass Subscription: • When a customer purchases a QualityPass Subscription at the same time they purchase their LXE system, they will receive their normal 1-year warranty and 1-year service subscription, plus a 1-year free service subscription for the price of a 1 year QualityPass Subscription and provides a guaranteed turnaround time on all repairs, plus coverage for all accidental damage on all RF computers, AP’s, scanners and peripherals (excluding printers).

5 year Qualitypass Subscription
• A Five Year QualityPass Subscription option may also be offered with the initial system purchase. The price is equivalent to our "3 for 1" Subscription price detailed above, divided by 3, multiplied by 5. This offers our customers a guaranteed long term, cost effective alternative to paying on an annual basis.
Qualitypass renewals
• Customers may renew an existing 3 Year QualityPass Subscription for a maximum period of 2 additional years, which will continue to include parts and labor required for the repair of internal electrical components, as well as, repair and/or replacement for accidental physical damage. The annual price will be at the then current QualityPass list price.
