The new CDS-420 is one of the most versatile models in the ECD range. At 10.3kg in weight it is a heavy-duty cash drawer suitable for use in the food business, fast food environments and local supermarkets stores.
The unit is robust with ball bearing slides, a 3-function lock (Locked, Manual, Electronic) and 2 media slots.

Fabricated from steel the ECD Flip Lid model has been tested to an excess of 1 million opening cycles, and has been designed to be compatible with all types of checkout. Integration with the PoS terminal or system printer is achieved via a standard RJ12 plug and fixed 24 volt solenoid.
The ECD Flip Lid is offered with a painted steel lid and with an additional lockable lid which secures the contents of the drawer when the insert is being removed to the back office for cash reconciliation. Designed and manufactured to strict ISO 9002 standards, there is no comparable product to meet the price and performance of the ECD Flip Lid cash drawer.

The CDJ-400 is one of the most popular models in the ECD range is also the narrowest. At 9kg in weight it is an extremely solid and robust unit. With exception of the insert it is fabricated from heavy gauge epoxy coated mild steel, capable of withstanding the most demanding of retail.
