Take notice that a proposed Final Judgment has been filed in a civil antitrust case, United States of America v. Amcor Ltd., et al., Civil Action No. 1:10-cv-00973. On June 10, 2010, the United States filed a complaint alleging that the proposed acquisition by Amcor of the Alcan Packaging Medical Flexibles business of Rio Tinto would violate Section 7 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. § 18.
