Responsible for establishing Agency-wide security education programs and developing protocols for working with associated law enforcement officials to ensure compliance with the applicable Homeland Security requirements and best practices for the water industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Security, Law Enforcement or related field from an accredited college or university and five (5) years of recent and relevant progressive experience in a physical security program with project management experience developing and/or working directly with physical security operations (i.e. guard services, investigations, security risk assessments, security technology systems); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SPECIALIST II, CONTRACT SUPPORT
Provides monitoring and reviewing of DCWater’s business development plan and affirmative action programs of companies, corporations, and unions having DCWater contracts.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Law, Engineering, Purchasing, Economics or Management or a related field from an accredited college or university, plus five (5) years of experience in construction contracting or architectural design; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
MANAGER, CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING CONTRACTING
Responsible for overall acquisition strategy and contracts management program for the construction and engineering contracts for DCWater. Directs the full range of contract administration actions required for the construction and engineering program.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration or related field from an accredited college or university and seven (7) years of related experience inclusive of three (3) years of supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SENIOR PROCUREMENT ANALYST
Responsible for analyzing procurement and materials’ programs. Reviews procurement actions for conformance with regulatory requirements, and exercises considerable independence in the performance of the duties.
