Can you say how much it has boosted business?

Hard to quantify, but I’d estimate 5-7% conservatively for those who made an investment in the past 3 years and have been operational.

Please describe how your solution is scalable and can you give a range of costs for the fixed-cost subscription?

Our solution is modular and functions

can be on-boarded as needed and when needed; whether the need is expanded capability for buying, selling, managing, and executing functions of the operation or growth in staff the system scales for both. Adding users and functional capability does not require additional investment in hardware or software so it is simply the cost of the monthly user subscription that is the cost. There’s no additional one time investment in software and hardware that traditional enterprise class on premise solutions require.

Has ILS MRO Management been fielded?

We are live and deployed with our on premise licensed version. We are still targeting the next major release of our subscription cloud based supply chain solution to include component repair, work order management, and work order execution later this year.

Is it usual to have to purchase software and/or hardware for other systems?

If the question is in reference to our competitors, then yes. It has been the most prevalent deployment method for supply chain and ERP solutions for the past 15 years. If you are referring to complementary business solutions like Accounting, Transportation and Logistics, Asset/Fleet Management, Flight Services, Collaboration Services, etc.... then the answer is there is an emergence of cloud, ASP, and on-premise deployments that have varying degrees of software and hardware purchase requirements.

How has this requirement been circumvented?

If the solutions are fairly contemporary in architecture and fairly standards- based with their business object construct with open APIs, then web services is the ‘great’ enabler to promote reliable and secure interfaces between applications, business processes and between disparate applications/function points.

How is security ensured given that no software/hardware is needed?

The cloud infrastructure we are using is continually third party validated to ensure our certifications are current and all policies that govern application, data, physical, and network security are adhered to. The platform for our application is 100% ISO 27001 certified security compliant, SysTrust audited, and SysTrust SAS 70 Type II compliant (the standard for corporate controls over technology, security, and related processes for mission critical multi-
