Trump’s overwhelming victory. “I believe revival is here,” Pastor
Samuel Rodriguez, president of the National Hispanic Christian Leader- ship Conference, tells Newsmax. “It’s started. “I believe we’ve crossed a prover-
bial Jordan. I believe it is officially a reality that cannot and will not be denied.” Among the signs Christian leaders
are citing: A 22% increase in Bible sales over
the best-case scenario, none of us would have had the imagination to write these things — and yet it’s unfolding right in front of our eyes.” That sense of a generational oppor-
tunity to revive America’s heart for God is increasingly evident throughout the nation’s faith-based community. In part it reflects the fact that politically engaged Christians, sens- ing they were under assault like never before under the Biden administra- tion, invested heavily in support of
Palestinian Authority]. I could go on and on
regarding all the things we did. The greatest thing at the time was basically defunding Iran. And we made such a huge
difference by being staunch supporters and defenders for Israel. This administration was pro-life from day one, reinstating the Mexico City policy — taking billions of dollars away from foreign aid for abortions. Will this term be different? We had over 10,000 faith leaders through the White House in the first term. This term, I think, will be tremendously more. I know [the president’s]
story, so I got to share with the world. He talked about how he went to Sunday school,
the past year, based on retail reports. An abrupt end to the decades-long decline in America’s “religiously affiliated” population. In fact, this year’s Pew Religious Landscape sur- vey actually showed a slight increase in U.S. religious activity. Contemporary Christian music has suddenly emerged as one of the hot- test formats in the country, with sales jumping 8.9% in the first six months of 2024. That’s more than twice the industry average of 3.9%. Research indicating young Gen Z
men, and not just women, are finding their way back into church. Dave Donaldson, the founder and
how his teachers had such an influence on him, how Norman Vincent Peale did, how Billy Graham did, how he watched Jimmy Swaggart and others on TV. That’s how he got ahold of me. So I understood the depth
of his faith and his walk with God, and to share that with the world and why that is so important. With President Trump, the people voted very loudly, with him winning the Electoral College and the popular vote. When we get down to looking at sex changes for 6- and 8-year-olds, so called “gender-afirming care” — they always have these nice-sounding labels for these horrific things. Many states still, without
CEO of CityServe, a church network whose far-flung relief operations included managing the distribution of over 17 million meals during the coronavirus pandemic, maintains there is simply no institution better positioned to support and strengthen U.S. communities than churches and faith-based ministries. He notes that as Elon Musk and
the DOGE team work to cut costs and enhance efficiency, faith-based organizations could play a vital role. “In many cases,” he remarks, “faith-based groups are more effec- tive at providing care and lifting people from dependency to sustain- ability.” He adds that the White House
Faith Office under White-Cain will advocate on behalf of churches and faith-based organizations, helping them to have an equal opportunity to compete for grants and become government-recommended social service providers. Says Moore, “We’ve never had an opportunity in front of us like this. And may God help us be good stew- ards of it.”
parental consent, will give hormone blockers, puberty blockers, etc., to start this process. It’s insanity. It’s absolute sanity. When we look at late-
term abortion, everyone acts like it doesn’t happen. It does in several states. And we’re so glad that life has been returned down to the states, for us to fight like we did in Florida in defeating Amendment 4 [a pro-abortion measure]. It’s just unimaginable
and unfathomable that we’d be fighting these issues in America. So, with President Trump back in, everyone knows they will be protected . . . and people all agree there will be greater peace and greater security in the world.
Could this backlash against secularism open a window for a genuine revival and a return to traditional values? We’re seeing it! Look at the uptick in Bible sales of 22%. You look at young people returning to faith. And this is a great sign to me. Usually they say the church is filled with women, and it’s really young men now that are returning to God more than anyone. That’s important when you think about what is sacred to God: the church, the body of Christ, and the family. We’re seeing an uprising
— but it’s not the Christianity we knew in the 1990s and early 2000s. And I’m glad. God is doing a new thing. It’s an outpouring of a real hunger and true authenticity.
