Estama Appointed as Property Manager for Britannia Shopping Centre
Estama has added another key asset to its growing portfolio, having been appointed by Panther Securities PLC as the property management company
for Britannia Hinckley, Leicestershire.
The 85,000 sq ft indoor retail hub is the only one of its kind in the town and houses a mix of national and independent retailers, including Poundstretcher, Boots, Peacocks, and Greggs.
This appointment underscores Estama’s rapid growth in the retail management sector and strengthens its position as a leader in managing key retail assets across the UK.
