I have been talking to Simon Fryer, owner of Bracknell’s Fryer Commercial, a veteran of Berkshire’s commercial property market since the 1970’s who told us that Bracknell has become an interesting office market in recent years, primarily as a result of the excellent Lexicon retail centre.
