SIMON STEELE – STEW/DECK For interior crew, I think sunlight is extremely important. Often chefs are stuck in pokey dark galleys, engineers in engine rooms and bilges for long periods of the day. Every few hours just get out on deck and get in the sun for 10 minutes.
MALGORZATA SCHEIDLE SOLE STEW During the season I swim around the boat after guests go to sleep,then hot shower, drink warm milk with honey or lavender tea. And no phone or laptop after dinner. I sometimes put valerian essential oil drops behind my ears or on the chest.
