MK Merrill-Stevens is a full-service shipyard dedicated to the refit and repair of the world’s finest yachts and vessels.


Work is of the highest standards and meets Classification Societies’ requirements, including ABS, Lloyds, and US Coast Guard Regulations. RMK Merrill-Stevens has two yards co-located alongside the Miami River, with the south yard performing haul- outs of vessels 30m or 100T and the north performing haul-outs for vessels greater than 25m, limited to about 235’ in length on the 2,700 gross ton lift. South yard dockage includes multiple 240’ covered slips, and North yard dockage is 1000’. RMK MS is the south Florida dealer for Kymeta, Quick marine products and UWL underwater lighting amongst many other brands. RMK MS is also the service and warranty centre for Sealine, Fjord and Maori Yachts.

MI has access to all yacht trade-related resources in house and via outside contractor to service, maintain, refit/repair vessels


up to 60m in length. TMI’s in-house team of skilled craftsmen and well accomplished tradesmen deliver quality work at competitive prices. The Vessel Service Building includes three fully enclosed service bays, each with 3-ton overhead crane, water, air, electric and grey water connections. The state of the art temperature controlled dedicated spray booth has a filtration system designed to virtually eliminate overspray and the 250 light fixtures eliminate shadows on surfaces being painted. TMI has a combined 6000 linear feet of slip space on floating concrete docks and 2400 linear feet of hard standing space.
