INGREDIENTS FOR HEALTHY FEET

TRY THESE HOMEMADE REMEDIES
VASELINE AND LEMON JUICE Soak your feet for 15 minutes in a solution of 3 teaspoons of lemon juice to one of Vaseline. Lemon’s acidic properties and vaseline’s moisturising properties help you get rid of dry and achy feet.
PEPPERMINT Peppermint essential oil, extra virgin coconut oil, shea butter and sweet almond oil. Blend together et voila. The peppermint is cooling, the shea butter is rich in vitamin E & A, the coconut oil is loaded with healthy fatty acids and antifungal properties.

HONEY Soak your feet in a solution of 4 teaspoons of honey to 1 litre of warm water for 20 minutes before bed. Honey is considered to be a natural antiseptic that helps heal cracked feet, and has soothing properties.
LISTERINE Soak your feet in a solution of equal measures of Listerine, white vinegar and water. Dry your feet, scrub using a foot file or pumice stone to remove dead skin, pat dry and moisturise. Cotton beds socks are best but of course optional!
