his 65-acre facility consists of a 110-slip marina and a 120-hard space marine service centre providing a complete offering of


marine-related repair and services for vessels up to 60m LOA. The facility has four boat lifts with haul-out capacity up to 485 tons. At LMC, the captain is in control of the project and can select from over 60 on-site and over 150 off-site certified contractors. On-site and off-site contractors are highly skilled in numerous fields including fibre-glass repair, electrical, painting, engine service, hydraulics, navigation and electronics, carpentry, metal fabrication and welding. At LMC, the final bill will never include contractor mark ups, contractor gate fees, environmental fees, insurance fees or any other hidden fees. A transparent quote is provided to each vessel prior to arrival at the yard. Additionally, LMC is a designated Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ), meaning vessels for sale may be shown to US citizens in US waters once the vessel has entered the FTZ. The FTZ Production Authority also allows for refit projects to be completed duty free within the facility.
