Makita goes for maximum impact


Makita has unveiled the new 40VMax TW001G Impact Wrench as the latest in its expanding XGT 40V lithium-ion battery range. With 2,050Nm torque and a tightening torque of 1,800Nm, the new


TW001G delivers powerful fastening performance and is ideal for many industrial applications. The battery itself engineered to withstand the rigours of use, with a


vibration suppression system that protects it from excess vibration damage. In addition, the TW001G features six optimised fastening controls that tailors the speed and impact for each task. The TW001G offers 4-stage impact power selection (soft, medium, hard,


max), and a full speed option that shortens the distance of trigger travel so that maximum speed can be reached more quickly. At its maximum, the tool is able to reach 2,500 impacts per minute.
