MARKET REPORT COMPACT PLANT continued
Winget
Winget, which is known for its range of site mixers, has seen an increasing demand for its Honda-powered compact tracked dumpers. Winget offers two variants of tracked dumper, including the
TD500HL High Lift, which has a 500kg payload, or the TD650 Standard Lift model with a 650kg skip capacity. Both are fully CE Marked and powered by the Honda GX160 5.5hp 4 stroke engines. Whether a professional builder, landscaper or a competent DIY
enthusiast, these models are simple to operate, the drive is hydrostatic providing the user with smooth, controllable forward and reverse operation, while the tracks have a unique tread pattern that offers superb traction across varied terrain and gradients – even steps are possible. Travel speeds are up to 4.3km/h when travelling forward and
3.6km/h in reverse, and the machines are capable of 15-degree downward slopes and 20-degree inclines.
