The challenge with snagging damp problems and drying out water damage is drying difficult to reach corners. This is especially true post occupation, when there are fixtures and fittings, children and pets to consider. The Corner Dri-IR from Infra-Lex uses safety tested and fully compliant

infra-red technology to dry from the inside out. This reduces the ‘like for like’ drying times by 6x compared to ambient. It can be operated safely 24/7 within a vented room without a dehumidifier – even with children and pets around. This means drying activity can continue uninterrupted. Typical running costs are £1.20 per day (@14.5p/kWh). The Corner Dri-IR

uses 240V, 0.350kW, 1.5A, so up to seven units can be operated from one power socket. Each unit can be handled by one person with minimal training.
