Shindaiwa Shindaiwa has been working hard to develop all its range of products to
reduce emissions and ensure compliance with changing strict safety and emission standards. All Shindaiwa machines are now fully UKCA compliant and are all fitted with the latest Stage V Kubota or Yamaha engines. Also new to the Shindaiwa range is the Eco Hybrid 300 welder
generator, which was launched earlier this year at the Executive Hire Show. The latest 300A machine boasts a 60% reduction in fuel consumption and emissions over existing Shindaiwa models. Utilising an industry first Lithium-Ion capacitor system in conjunction with a small twin cylinder water-cooled Kubota engine, the machine offers similar performance to the current Shindaiwa Eco300, but with large fuel and environmental savings. Over 100 machines were ordered by Sunbelt Rentals at EHS 2022 and
initial deliveries are due to take place later this year.

Solutions The Hussh Pod 30/45 is quickly becoming the ‘go to’ hybrid generator for multiple site applications. Available as both a standard platform
or trailer-mounted, this 30kVA, 3-phase (1 x 10 kva inverter per phase), 45kW unit is powered by a lithium ion phosphate battery. It can easily be reconfigured in single-phase, or it can work in parallel with other Hussh Pods. The Hussh Pod can be charged, and
used, in conjunction with any number of renewable energy solutions, or with a standard diesel genset that has an auto start function. The 30/45 Pod can be used to power up
to 10 cabins, providing power to off-line turbines, peak lopping, telecoms and tower cranes. It is also equipped with a full monitoring and data platform, which allows users to view the current and past performance. Email alarms can also be set up to tell you if there are any power problems on site.
