Showtime!

It’s been a busy few weeks, what with the Showman’s Show, our very own Glasgow Roadshow, the Bauma expo and Saltex all taking place. It mostly went to plan too, although a dose of COVID picked up somewhere in Munich meant that I was too infectious to get to the latter. Oh well… Happily, the

Glasgow Roadshow went off without a hitch, the great and good of Scottish hire turning out in even greater numbers than last year. Hands were shaken, show- only deals were most definitely done and a good amount of chinwaggery ensued as old chums reconnected. Our attentions now turn to the Executive Hire West & Wales Roadshow, which has an even larger pool of potential visitors, with all 12 exhibitor stands now sold. It promises to be a great show! Back to this edition, and a note

of apology to my former colleague, erstwhile EHN editor Alan Guthrie, whose photograph of the Trime X-Eco Hybrid lighting towers in the last issue was not attributed correctly. There’s no defense – I cropped out the credit, which was on the photo itself, and then I forgot to add it beneath. Mistakes happen from time to time, although they shouldn’t. So sorry Alan. I will not let this happen again. No space left for any more

blather, so check the running order on the right and on we go…
